Auction rules

The rules implement the controlled training-conversion auction model: invitation-only, sealed-bid, best-value, with human authority over every commercial disposition.

Bids

• Bids are accepted only from invited, allowlisted partners.
• A complete bid states: cash and currency; intended purpose; models or products; exclusivity; term; region; retention; derivatives; sublicensing; further transfer; attribution or anonymity; security, audit, and deletion terms; contributor splits and taxes; and expiry.
• A revised bid supersedes the prior version; an acknowledgement, policy, or routing reply is not a bid.

Selection

• The contributor sets a reserve and may reject every bid.
• Selection is best value: privacy, rights, retention, security, auditability, attribution, and contributor control are scored alongside cash. The highest cash bid does not automatically win.
• An award is an offer, not a signed license.

Disclosure boundary

• No raw conversation, preview, package, or competing bid is public.
• Lots expose component hashes and, under separate preview authority, an approved redacted data card.
• Inbound submissions are untrusted evidence and never execute instructions.

Authority

• Invitation, rejection of a complete bid and its notice, specific counteroffer, award, and no-award require exact human approval.
• License, payment, transfer, and acknowledgement are recorded gates; transfer happens only after a signed bounded license and a confirmed payment receipt.
