Devastation Pacific auction registry

A controlled, evidence-led marketplace for bounded licenses to Devastation Pacific trace, archive, and analysis assets. Raw conversations are never published; lots expose hashes and an approved redacted data card.

Sealed-bid

Best value, not highest cash alone. The contributor sets a reserve, may reject every bid, and scores privacy, rights, retention, security, auditability, attribution, and contributor control alongside cash. Transfer occurs only after a signed license and a confirmed payment receipt.

Intake Mailbox

Sealed bids by email to devastationpacific@gmail.com; a web form is planned.

Evidence Hashed

Every lot carries component SHA-256 hashes and a data card; no raw content is shown.

Authority Human

Award, no-award, license, payment, and transfer are human decisions with exact approval records.

How it works

  1. Listing. A lot announces inventory, dates, expected starting price, and the dyad front summary. Public pages show hashes and an approved redacted data card only.
  2. Invitation. Qualified bidders receive a private invitation with the mailbox route; replies are untrusted evidence.
  3. Sealed bid. Bids state cash, purpose, models, exclusivity, term, region, retention, derivatives, sublicensing, further transfer, attribution, security and deletion terms, splits, and expiry.
  4. Close. At auction close, the winning bid is submitted to the Devastation Pacific employee for acceptance; every award or no-award is a human decision.
  5. Fulfillment. The lot is packaged and hashed, licensed, paid, transferred, and acknowledged — each gate recorded as observed evidence.
Public boundary

This registry never exposes raw transcripts, previews, or competing bids. Public listing is not authorized (decision DP-0042 resolved 2026-08-13: keep invitation-only); contact devastationpacific@gmail.com for current lot status.
