devp.ac / fulfillment / status: gated, human-authorized
After the award is accepted, the lot moves through six recorded gates. Each gate is observed evidence, and none happens by reading this page.
| Gate | What happens | Who acts | Recorded as |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Acceptance | Winning bid submitted to the Devastation Pacific employee for acceptance at close | Human | Award / no-award approval |
| 2. Package | Lot staged and hashed: envelope, per-object SHA-256, sidecar | Agent tooling | STAGED |
| 3. License | Signed bounded license matching the winning bid and recipient | Human | LICENSED |
| 4. Payment | Positive payment with matching receipt | Human | PAID |
| 5. Transfer | IP sent under the signed license and closed transfer gate | Human | SENT |
| 6. Acknowledgement | Recipient confirms receipt | Human | ACKNOWLEDGED |
Every gate is appended to the lot's transfer receipt ledger with an OBSERVED status and a reference to the matching approval, license, or payment record. Missing authority, a license that does not match the recipient, or a payment without a receipt blocks transfer.
Raw content is not transmitted during bidding. Transfer begins only after the exact signed license and payment receipt exist, and the winning bidder's identity matches the license.
